Answers to some Common Questions:
Where should we go?
That’s really up to you, but there’s so many great spots for family photography on the Central Coast it won’t be hard to pick a great place. You might decide if you’d like to be at the beach, the hills, a park, or the studio. We’re also happy to come to you at your home or other location.
What should we wear?
Again, that’s up to you. If you’d like to be in the same colors, that’s great. If you’d like to be coordinated but not quite in the same out fit, that’s works too. If you want everyone to wear what they are comfortable in, excellent. We do say when asked that loud print shirts can be distracting, but if that’s what you want to do, go for it. The most important thing to us is that you are relaxed and comfortable in what you are wearing.
Do you photoshop our images?
Yes, we do. We make them print ready. This means adjusting exposure, cropping if necessary, and other “fixes” to make the photo look good. We do some touch ups automatically, but anything that’s a bigger job, braces removal for instance, slimming, extensive blemishes/rashes, requires an additional fee.
How many images will be on our disc?
That depends on the number of people and families, but complete sessions range from 50 images to 200.
What about copy-write of the images?
We give every family a release letter that gives you permission to print and share your images anywhere.
How do we get in touch with you?
That’s really easy. Call us, 805-464-1963, or email firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit our studio, or use the contact form (there’s a link in the top menu).
